Return and refund policy
Thank you for shopping at zvyco.shop. We take great pride in our ceramic mugs and want you to be perfectly satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help.
1. 30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your ceramic mug must be:
- In the same condition that you received it.
- Unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
- Free from any signs of wear or damage.
2. Return Process
To start a return, please contact us at support@zvyco.shop.
- If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
- Important: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
3. Damages and Issues (Fragile Item Guarantee)
Since ceramic mugs are fragile, we take extra care in packaging. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at support@zvyco.shop with:
- Your order number.
- Clear photos of the damaged mug and the shipping packaging.
We will evaluate the issue immediately and provide a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.
4. Non-returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for mugs that have been used for drinking or food storage. Additionally, we do not accept returns on gift cards or clearance sale items.
5. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
6. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
7. Shipping Costs
- Faulty/Damaged Items: zvyco.shop covers the return shipping costs.
- Change of Mind: For standard returns, the customer will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
