1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday – Saturday, excluding Sundays and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
  • You will receive a notification with a tracking number once your order has shipped.
  • Order Cut-off Time: 2:00 PM (PST / GMT-8). Orders placed after this time will begin processing the next business day.

2. Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer domestic shipping across the United States. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. Safe Packaging Guarantee

Because we sell ceramic mugs, we use specialized, protective packaging (such as double-boxing or high-density foam) to minimize the risk of breakage during transit.

4. How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 14 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@zvyco.shop with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

5. Shipping to P.O. Boxes

We do ship to P.O. Boxes via standard postal services. However, for larger orders or bulk mug sets, we recommend a physical address to ensure secure delivery via ground carriers.

6. Damages

zvyco.shop is responsible for items damaged or lost during shipping. If your ceramic mug arrives broken, please contact us at support@zvyco.shop immediately.

  • Please provide photos of the damaged product and the packaging.
  • We will send a replacement or issue a full refund as quickly as possible.
